Taylor leads England towards high ground

England 222 for 4 (Taylor 74*, Bairstow 37*) trail Pakistan 234 by 12 runs

As the third Test hardened into a battle of wills and wiles, England were hauled into a position of relative strength by a maiden Test half-century from James Taylor. His unbeaten 74 helped take England to within touching distance of Pakistan's first-innings 234 at the close and bound together a hitherto porous middle order on a pitch that yielded every run grudgingly.

It was hard going but England were determined not to squander the gains achieved by their bowlers on Sunday. A surface that had threatened mayhem - as least by recent UAE standards - on the first day was increasingly cowed, a slow outfield providing a further obstruction to scoring. This England team may not appear adept at grafting but they dutifully buckled down to add 218 runs from the allocated 90 overs.

A girl found dead on the neighbour's roof in night

The parents of the innocent little child Arfa left her in bed sleeping before heading out to attend a religious program on Saturday night. When they returned late in the night, they found the girl missing. They searched for their young girl everywhere throughout the night but to no avail.

The next day Arfa’s dead body was found wrapped in a piece of sheet on the rooftop of a neighbour’s house.

Police have ruled out the possibility of abuse and assured that the culprits will soon be apprehended.

Evidence was collected with the help of mobile forensic lab and later Arfa’s body was sent for post mortem.

The incident has sent a wave of fear in the neighbourhood while the area residents have expressed lack of trust in the police.

They said a similar incident had taken place here three years ago in which a young boy was kidnapped and killed. Till today police have no clue as to who committed this crime, they regretted.

But the good is thing for Pakistan is that they played Rahat Ali. As pitch is supporting fast bowling too and Rahat ali is a good swinger of ball. This match seems to be a 4 day result match
