British film and television actor Dev Patel, who became popular after playing the role of Jamal Malik in Danny Boyle’s Slumdog Millionaire, has cleared the air for everyone, by announcing that he is not engaged to his longtime girlfriend Freida Pinto.
The actor had to declare the fact as his mother got upset after reading about his engagement to Frieda. Dev had to explain to his mother that the reports were incorrect.
